Emerson Swalwell is a native Dallasite.  After receiving his BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1976, he enjoyed careers in insurance and in banking. He also dabbled in real estate.  With this experience, he went on to found The Swalwell Group in 1992.  After enduring some financial and personal hardship, he developed a heart for helping people.  As a Christian, he cares about each client  It is important to him to give them good, solid information so they can make wise choices.  He helps them steer clear of incompetent realtors and unscrupulous, predatory “we buy houses” people who are merely out for a quick buck.  He is a proud father and grandfather and a member of All Saints Dallas Church.  He has served on several non-profit boards and now is involved on the board of Doc Swalwell Legacy.  Emerson stays active in hunting, fishing and bike riding.
